Does MorningAI use my data to train its AI models?
No. Your brand assets, briefs, and generated content are not used to train base models. Foundation model providers we use (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) are configured with zero-retention enterprise endpoints where available, so prompts and outputs are not retained for training on their side either.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in encrypted form in tier-1 cloud infrastructure in the United States. Encryption is applied both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Backups are encrypted with the same standard and retained on a rolling 30-day window.
Who on my team can see what?
Workspaces support role-based access control. Admins manage seats, billing, and integrations; Editors can create and publish content; Viewers can review without editing. DNA assets (Brand DNA, Product DNA, Customer DNA) are scoped to the workspace they were created in.
Do you support SSO and 2FA?
Two-factor authentication is available to all customers via authenticator apps. Single sign-on (SAML/SSO) is available on enterprise plans — contact your account team to enable.
Is MorningAI GDPR and CCPA compliant?
Yes. We act as a data processor under GDPR and a service provider under CCPA. Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request, and the privacy policy at /resources/privacy describes the categories of data we process and your rights as a data subject.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can deactivate your account from inside the app and request full deletion of your workspace data. We process deletion requests within 30 days; backups roll out of retention within an additional 30 days, after which the data is unrecoverable.
Who owns the content MorningAI generates for my brand?
You do. All output generated for your workspace is owned by you, including image, copy, and video assets. MorningAI claims no IP rights to content produced through your DNA configurations.
How do you prevent off-brand or hallucinated outputs?
Brand DNA, Product DNA, and Customer DNA constrain every generation — the model is grounded in your inputs rather than freelancing. ULTRA Mode adds a multi-pass review loop that fact-checks claims against your source materials before returning a result. Editors can review and approve in the queue before anything publishes.
Can I see who edited what?
Yes. Article edits, brief versions, and publishing actions are logged at the workspace level. Audit log export is available on enterprise plans.
How do you handle integrations with external platforms?
Integrations (Shopify, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) use OAuth so we never store your platform passwords. We request the minimum scopes required for the integration to function and you can revoke access at any time from your platform settings.
