May 8, 2026 Product Updates: MorningAI Agents, ULTRA Try-On, and Faster Image Editing

This week we began the shift from chat to MorningAI Agents that can plan, create, analyze, and take action across marketing workflows.

This week marks a bigger product shift for MorningAI: we are actively rebuilding the old Chat experience into Agents that do work. Instead of asking a chatbot for suggestions and then jumping into five other tools to execute, MorningAI is becoming the place where you describe a marketing goal and specialized agents help plan, create, analyze, and take action across the workflow.

Not every agent, integration, or tool action is available to every workspace today. The foundation is now landing in the product, and we are releasing into it continuously.

Agents

From “ask Chat” to “assign work to Agents”

The old Chat model was mostly a place to ask questions. The new Agents experience is built around intent: you describe what you want done, and MorningAI can coordinate the right specialist agents around that goal. That could mean researching campaign performance, creating images, writing copy, preparing a launch plan, or moving work toward publishing without making you manually stitch together every step.

Example request

For example, instead of asking for generic ideas for a summer collection, you should be able to say: “Launch a Facebook and Instagram campaign for our summer collection, with a $500 budget, targeting our top customers from last quarter.” MorningAI’s direction is to let analytics, creative, copy, and channel agents share context and turn that goal into a campaign plan the user can review and approve.

Agents share context across your marketing stack

The important change is not just a redesigned interface. The product is moving toward a shared marketing operations layer where agents can work from brand DNA, performance data, conversation history, product data, and channel context. That means a campaign brief can carry from creative generation into paid social, search, product page work, and performance review without the user acting as the integration layer between separate tools.

This matters because modern marketing work is usually split across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Shopify, creative tools, copy tools, and spreadsheets. MorningAI Agents are designed to sit across those systems so the user can describe the goal in natural language and keep the work moving from one conversation.

Early agent capabilities now showing up in the product

This week’s release includes the first visible pieces of that rebuild: model selection, voice input, clearer assistant identity, richer in-thread content, structured response rendering, and visible progress while an agent is working. These updates make the experience feel less like a blank chat box and more like a workspace where specialized assistants can understand what is happening, show their work, and move a task forward.

Try Agents

Where this is going

The product direction is end-to-end marketing work in one conversation. A founder might ask why a new product is underperforming and have MorningAI check sales, traffic, search visibility, creative quality, and campaign history before recommending what to do next. A DTC marketer might ask for a cross-channel launch and have agents adapt creative, copy, targeting, and budgets for each platform. An agency might use the same system to turn an audit, plan, brief, and execution path into a much shorter workflow.

The goal is not another dashboard that tells you what happened. The goal is an action layer that can understand the pattern, propose the next move, and help execute it.

ULTRA-level Virtual Try-On output

Virtual Try-On now includes ULTRA-level behavior in production, helping eligible try-on workflows produce stronger results. This update also improves the preview experience so it is clearer when try-on generation is still in progress.

Insert files without leaving the editor

The Image Editor dialog now includes an inline insert-from-file overlay, so you can bring in an existing file without leaving your current editing context. It is a faster path for placing assets on the canvas while you are composing or refining creative.

Limitations & expectations

  • MorningAI Agents are rolling out in stages. Some specialist agents, platform integrations, tool actions, standing instructions, and proactive automations described by the long-term product direction may not be available in every workspace yet.
  • Voice input, model choices, structured response rendering, and experiment-driven imaging options may vary by account, environment, or active product flags.
  • ULTRA-level Virtual Try-On eligibility, limits, and plan availability should be treated as product-dependent unless confirmed in your workspace.
  • We are keeping external language generic around experiment-driven image options and not naming model vendors or implementation details.

Also in this release (smaller improvements & fixes)

  • Some image-generation flows may show alternate generation options where experiments are enabled.
  • Server-side download and export instrumentation was expanded to support analytics and experimentation hygiene.
