October 19, 2026 Product Updates: Microsoft 365 Connector, Gemini 4 Argon & Claude Haiku 5.5 in Agents, and Credit Usage Tracking
Bring Outlook and OneDrive into the Agent with the new Microsoft 365 connector. Try Claude Haiku 5.5 and Gemini 4 Argon in Agents. Track credit usage and set monthly limits on the new Credits page.
This week, we added a Microsoft 365 connector. Connect your account once, and the Agent can read and draft Outlook email, set up meetings on your calendar, and find files in OneDrive and SharePoint. Also, two new models join the model menu: Gemini 4 Argon, Google's newest model, and Claude Haiku 5.5, the new fast option from Anthropic. And the new Credits page shows what every conversation used, with monthly limits and auto-reload for your organization.
Here's what changed.
Connectors
Connect Microsoft 365 and let the Agent work through your inbox, calendar, and files
Do you start each morning by opening your inbox and spending an hour catching up? Now you can connect Microsoft 365 once and ask the MorningAI Agent. It reads your Outlook mail, calendar, and files, then drafts the reply and sets up the meeting for you to approve.
One sign-in covers:
- Outlook Mail: Search emails, read full conversations and attachments, and find threads waiting on your reply. Draft new emails, replies, reply-all messages, or forwards, with files uploaded alongside your request attached.
- Outlook Calendar: Check your schedule and meeting details, find free time, and create, move, respond to, or delete events. On a work or school account, you can also check colleagues' availability and add a Teams meeting link.
- OneDrive & SharePoint: Find and read files, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF documents, recent files, and files shared with you. Save notes or summaries as a new text file in OneDrive.
For example, you can ask:
"Find the latest email from our distributor about holiday orders, read the spreadsheet they attached, and draft a reply with our updated case counts. Then find 30 minutes next week when Jordan and I are both free to go over it."
- Go to DNA → Connectors → Microsoft 365 and connect your account. You only need to do this once.
- Send your request in Agents. The Agent finds the email, reads the whole thread, and opens the spreadsheet.
- Review the reply. The Agent drafts it with the updated case counts from the spreadsheet.
- Approve the draft. It waits in Outlook until you send it.
- Confirm the time. The Agent checks your calendar and Jordan's, suggests 30 minutes next week when you're both free, and books the call once you approve.
Each teammate connects their own Microsoft account, which works across their brands. If your company requires IT approval, click Copy approval link in the connector panel and send the link to your IT admin. One company approval lets each teammate connect their account.

See where your AI credits go and set limits for your team
We rebuilt the Credits page under Settings. You can now track AI credit usage across the Agent, Studio, and scheduled Playbooks, and manage your team's monthly spending.
1. Track credit usage
- The Usage list shows how many credits each task used. Expand a conversation for a per-message breakdown, or filter by billing period or source.
- Members see only their own usage. Organization admins also see how many credits each member used, in this brand or across all brands, without access to members' conversation titles or messages.
- Images, video, and voice are charged by each actual generation. A failed or cancelled generation doesn't use any credits.
2. Set monthly limits
- Organization admins can set an overall monthly limit and a default limit for members, and adjust the limit for any individual member.
- Members can see their own limit and get a notification as they approach it. If a limit is reached, the Agent pauses until an organization admin increases it or the next billing period begins.
3. Top up and continue the same task
- On accounts with prepaid credits, running out during an Agent conversation or Website Agent request pauses the task and shows a top-up card. Anyone in the organization can add credits, then press Continue to pick up where it stopped.
- Organization admins can turn on auto-reload to buy a chosen credit pack automatically when the balance falls below a set amount. If an Agent response was paused for credits, it continues on its own once the pack is added.
Agents
Gemini 4 Argon and Claude Haiku 5.5 are now available in the model menu
We added two new frontier models to Agents: Gemini 4 Argon from Google and Claude Haiku 5.5 from Anthropic.
- Gemini 4 Argon: the most advanced model in the Gemini family, built for complex, multi-step work like analyzing performance across all your channels or planning next quarter's campaigns.
- Claude Haiku 5.5: the new fast option, replacing Claude Haiku 4.5. Use it for quick jobs like rewriting captions, summarizing a long thread, or drafting a short reply. Thinking runs from Low to Max, with Medium as the default.
Also in this release
- Full-size image previews: In the Agent's approval cards, the Calendar, and Analytics, click a post's image to view it full size, zoom in, or download it.
- Reference roles in Studio: Tag each reference image as a scene, style, or product for more accurate product shots. The image size menu in the Studio composer also adds 4:5, the portrait format for Instagram and Facebook feeds.
- Klaviyo plan usage: Ask the Agent how much of your Klaviyo plan you've used and what your plan limits are.
