July 31, 2026 Product Updates: Redesigned Playbooks, LinkedIn Document Posts, and Invites for Everyone

July went out with a bang. To close out a big month, we rebuilt Playbooks from the ground up, brought document posts to LinkedIn, taught the assistant to create HTML and Markdown files, reorganized Home around your agents' work, and opened up team invites to every member of your organization. Here's everything that shipped in the week ending July 31.

A redesigned Playbooks experience

Playbooks got a full redesign. The new browse page organizes your library with category chips and a category filter, so finding the right workflow takes seconds.

Creating a playbook now happens on a dedicated create page with a structured form — including source, scope, and sharing controls — replacing the old directory modal. Every playbook gets its own detail page too, and playbook cards now surface right on Home.

Running a playbook from a conversation is smoother as well: invoke one from the / slash menu or the plus menu in chat.

Calendar & publishing

LinkedIn document posts

You can now attach a PDF, Word, or PowerPoint file (up to 100MB) to a LinkedIn post. The composer shows a page-by-page preview carousel styled like LinkedIn's own document rendering, and previews appear progressively — the first pages show up within seconds, even for large files.

Captions are optional — the attached file is the content, so Publish and Schedule enable without one. Document posts work across publish now, scheduling, and drafts: drafts retain the attached file when you reopen them, and a just-published post appears in Recent posts immediately.

Files & Chat

Create and preview HTML and Markdown files

Ask the assistant to create HTML and Markdown files and they land in your file library like any other generated file. HTML, Markdown, and SVG files now open in a proper in-app viewer, so you can review them without downloading — and links inside previews and images in downloaded files render correctly.

Recent Work, rebuilt around agent output

Done For You work now lives on Home under a By agents tab in Recent Work. Toggle the new gallery view to see the artwork for each item, page through your work, and check the tab tooltips to see what each tab holds — every agent-produced row is labeled with the agent that made it.

Publishing is one click away: open the publish composer directly from a row — no navigation — and rows flip to Published or Scheduled without a reload. We also refreshed some copy along the way: "By specialists" is now "By experts", and "Edit with a Human" is now "Send to expert".

Teams

Anyone can invite teammates

Inviting teammates is no longer admin-only — any member of your organization can send invites. Member removals, role changes, and billing stay admin-only. Pending invitees now show an Invited status chip and appear in the members list immediately after you send the invite.

There's more: the Users, Organization, and Credits settings tabs are now visible to all members (read-only), any member can add a brand (deletion stays admin-only), and every plan now uses the same brand-seat purchase flow when adding a brand. New invitees are also reliably linked to their account on first sign-in, so nobody gets stuck without access.

Also in this release (smaller improvements & fixes)

• Brand setup no longer freezes when adding certain brands.
• A LinkedIn platform change briefly broke first comments and comment-disabling — fixed.
• Drafted LinkedIn document posts retain their attached file when you reopen them.
• Image editor prompt box fixes: Shift+Enter inserts a newline without submitting, the box can be resized, and drag-and-drop now attaches files to the editor instead of the page behind it.
• The Add Brand modal is now readable in dark theme.
• Fixed an invisible button label on the invite success banner.
