June 19, 2026 Product Updates: A Faster, Cleaner File Manager

We shipped a full redesign of the File Manager this week. It is now easier to find the right image, video, document, folder, social post, or agent output without digging through a long workspace list.

This update replaces the older file browsing experience with a faster toolbar, richer filters, four viewing modes, clearer folder context, and a sidebar that brings the most useful shortcuts forward.

Files & Workspace

Search, sort, and filter from one toolbar

The new toolbar puts search front and center, including sort controls, and Add Filter for stacked conditions. Search waits until you stop typing before fetching, which makes large libraries feel calmer and more reliable. See the File Manager guide

Switch between Details, Compact, Grid, and Gallery

You can now choose the right view for the job. Details works well when metadata matters, Compact keeps long lists dense, Grid gives every file a visual card, and Gallery makes creative review easier when the asset itself is the decision.

Filter by content type with live counts

The content-type pills across the top let you narrow the workspace to Images, Video, Blog Posts, Emails, Agents, Social Media, Docs, Folders, or everything at once. Each pill shows a live count, so teams can quickly understand what is in the workspace before clicking through.

Better folder context and sidebar shortcuts

Breadcrumbs now help you see where you are inside folders, and the sidebar brings Recents, Favorites, and Shared files higher in the experience. A storage indicator at the bottom of the sidebar also gives teams a clearer sense of workspace capacity. Learn how folders work
