Getting started with Chat
Getting started with Chat is quick and easy, taking just a couple of minutes. This tool allows you to connect with the marketing expert you need, who will provide appropriate feedback, responses, and guidance tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're seeking advice on marketing campaigns, customer support strategies, or social media engagement, Chat will ensure you receive professional and personalized assistance to help you achieve your goals.
Step 1
From the home screen, navigate to the menu on the left column and select on "Chat".
Step 2
You can now visualize and explore all the different marketing experts we have inside the tool. Whether you need an SEO specialist or a social media guru, these experts are one click away from providing detailed and relevant advice on any topic you want to talk about. To start interacting with them, just click on one of them. Note that only one expert can assist you at a time.
Step 3
Once you have selected which marketing expert you want to work with, all you need to do now is ask a question below or send something you would like them to analyze for you.
Step 4
If you already have a document with the information you want to share with the expert, you can click on the clip on the left-hand side and attach the file. This also works if you need the expert to analyze something you need.
Step 5
Notice that if you’d like, you can also change the title of the chat you’re in so you can remember it later. All your saved chats will be located in the column on the left-hand side of your screen.
