How to Get Charts and Data Analysis in MorningAI Chat

Ask a data question and the agent renders an interactive chart in the conversation — bar, line, area, pie, scatter, or treemap — built from your live store, analytics, and search data.

Browse Agents

MorningAI agents render interactive charts directly in the conversation. Ask a data question — "where did my traffic come from last month?" — and you get the answer in words plus a chart built from your live connector data, with no exporting, uploading, or chart-tool detour.

Six Chart Types

The agent chooses the right visualization for the question, or you can ask for a specific one: bar, line, area, pie, scatter, and treemap. Trends read best as lines or areas, breakdowns as bars or pies, distributions as scatters, and composition-at-a-glance as a treemap.

The Typical Flow

  1. Ask a data question about your store, traffic, or search performance — or about data in a file you attached.
  2. Watch the progress chip: you'll see steps like "Querying Google Analytics" and then "Building the chart".
  3. Get the answer plus a rendered, interactive chart in the thread.
  4. Follow up in the same conversation: change the chart type, narrow the date range, compare periods, or reuse it — "put that chart in the deck" works because the agent remembers what it made.

Charts Live in the Conversation; Data Can Leave It

Charts are conversation renderables, not downloadable files. When you need the numbers outside the thread, ask for an export — the agent generates a spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) of the underlying data, or embeds the chart's story in a deck or report it builds in the same turn.

Questions That Produce Great Charts

  • "Chart my revenue by week for the last quarter." (line or bar)
  • "Break down last month's traffic by channel." (pie or bar)
  • "Show my top pages by clicks as a treemap."
  • "Compare sessions this month vs last month." (period-over-period)

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does the data come from? Your connected sources — Shopify, Google Analytics, and Search Console — plus any files you attach. See what the agent can read from each source.

Can I download a chart as an image? Charts render in the thread rather than as files. Export the data to a spreadsheet, or ask for a deck that presents the same numbers.

Next Steps

If your analytics aren't connected yet, connect Search Console and Google Analytics — then ask for your first chart.
