How to Download a File

Once you've generated a brief in MorningAI, you may need to download it for sharing, printing, or saving for future reference. The platform makes this process quick and easy, allowing you to save your work in the format that best suits your needs.

Steps to Download a File

1. Locate the Download OptionAfter generating a brief, look at the top bar above your content. This bar contains several options to edit, customize, and manage your file.Find the download icon.
2. Click on the Download IconOnce you click the icon, a menu will appear with different file format options.
3. Choose a File FormatPNG for high-quality images, great for visual content.PDF for document-style exports, best for reports and presentations.
4. Save the FileAfter selecting your format, the file will download automatically. You can find it in your downloads folder.

Bulk Download (July 2026)

You can now download many files — or entire folders — from File Management in one action instead of saving them one at a time.

• Multi-select files and folders using the checkboxes, then choose Download from the selection bar or the right-click context menu.
• The action is available in every view — grid, list, gallery, and details.
• A progress toast shows while your archive is prepared on the server, and a download ready notification appears when it's complete — so you can keep working while larger downloads are prepared in the background.
